  The Student Council wish to thank all the pupils who took part in their ‘Crazy Hair’ Fundraiser Day in aid of Dogs Trust Ireland on Friday, January 31st. There were lots of very creative hairstyles on display and great fun and entertainment was had by all! Above photos are a just a selection of some of the many impressive hairstyles!  We are delighted to be taking part in the Food Dudes Programme 2020. It is a great initiative that encourages and rewards healthy eating. Pupils challenge themselves everyday by tasting both a vegetable and fruit. Lots of prizes were achieved and the pupils watched the Food Dude videos Programme.  Mayor Cathal Crowe hosted a Mayoral Reception on Wednesday 22nd January, to honour the girls from Crusheen National School who were so successful in the SPAR FAI primary school soccer in FAI SPAR Primary Schools soccer 2018 & winning the same competition in 2019. The event was attended by the panel of girls, coaches and families. A lovely tribute to all the hard work put in by the team and coaches. Our school principal Therese O'Connell received a lovely plaque to mark the occasion.. Well done to all involved.   School Enrolments September 2020
