Keeping Healthy in the Junior Room

The Juniors and Seniors are linking their active lifestyles with their January Aistear theme. They have set up a local Crusheen Farmer's Market in their Aistear sessions!  Lots of healthy food is being sold at the stalls.
They are busy making delicious smoothies from fresh fruit. They even designed some healthy dinner plates with food. 
The infants are encouraging each other to undertake lots of daily exercise along with eating healthily!
