For our art this week, we took inspiration from the beautiful green fields around us which are full of lovely lambs as the season of spring is upon us!

Sinéad from NPWS came to visit us today. She shared her wealth of knowledge with us about local habitats, plants and animals. We also learned about caring for the environment and protecting out biodiversity.

We have been learning lots of interesting facts about the Aztec people. We looked at the famous artefact from this time, "The Sun Stone" and we designed our own versions of this amazing piece of stone.

Third & fourth classes visited the playschool today and they sang some Christmas carols. They really enjoyed their visit and meeting their little friends, cousins & siblings.
