We had a wonderful return to Godly Play with Josephine today. Josephine shared with us the story of the Creation. After listening to the story, we talked about different parts of the story and discussed our favourite days in the creation story. Then we did some art based on the story. We sang a song, prayed to and thanked God and we enjoyed a feast! 

We have been learning about the story of chocolate in English. We tried out a recipe from our English reader. We followed the steps carefully and we created delicious rice krispie buns!

We listened to the story Room on the Broom by Julia Donaldson. We then acted out parts of the story in our Drama lesson. 

As part of SPHE in our classroom, we have created a Kindness Tree. We think that doing random acts of kindness will benefit us all!

We took part in a webinar today hosted by a dairy farmer from Limerick named John. He told us all about his farm, autumn jobs and his machinery. We also learned about the story of milk.
