We have been making beautiful pieces of Art at home this month.
The boys and girls had lots of fun during this listening and responding exercise. The children listened to a piece of music called 'The Aquarium' by the composer Camille Saint Saens.     The boys and girls had lots of fun looking at the work of American artist Laurel Burch. The children created their own cat pictures using a similar style to the artist.
The boys and girls studied and discussed the work of artist and environmentalist Andy Goldsworthy. They took inspiration from his amazing sculptures in which he uses all natural materials.
The children did a fantastic job of using natural materials in the school environment to make their sculptures.Well done everyone. A sample of some of the spooky Halloween scenes the boys and girls created using oil pastels.
