Yoga is fun! Yoga for kids is becoming increasingly common in Ireland. While the physical benefits—improving flexibility, strength and coordination—are certainly part of its charm, yoga is increasingly used as a relaxation technique to help anxious kids combat the stresses of everyday life. Studies show yoga is a beneficial tool supporting mental health. We really enjoyed our day with Ms. Aisling Murphy when she showed us a lot of yoga poses with the help of Happy Panda and Moody Cow!!

There are many kinds of evidence that give us clues about who lived in Ireland long ago. One kind of evidence can be found in the land and townlands around us. We can see buildings or ruins left from long ago. Some of this evidence is very old and some is more recent. .
OJust by virtue of playing them, board games can teach important social skills, such as communicating verbally, sharing, waiting, taking turns, and enjoying interaction with others. Board games can foster the ability to focus, and lengthen attention span by encouraging the completion of an enjoyable game. Even simple board games like Snakes and Ladders offer meta-messages and life skills: Your luck can change in an instant — for the better or for the worse. The message inherent in board games is: Never give up. Just when you feel like giving up , your luck might change
