Busy putting the finishing touches on our Mother's Day craft.
We hope all our Mammies enjoy their special day on Sunday!
We are developing our teamwork skills in our Physical Education classes. Here we are working on passing the ball to our team mates during our competitive 'bum ball' game!!
We celebrated Book Week this week and we had lots of fun. We brought in our favourite books, dressed up as our favourite book characters, played musical books, visited the Book Fair and listened to stories read to us by pupils from Ms. Wylde's room!
The Juniors completed their book entries to both the 'Scríobh Leabhar' and the Write a Book' Competitions run by the Clare Education Centre. Fantastic work was undertaken by all.
Maith sibh a Naíonáin Bheaga!
Thursday, March 21st is World Down Syndrome Day. People wear odd-coloured socks to raise awareness on this day.
We became historians for the day and enjoyed displaying our artefacts. We gave an oral report on each artefact to many audiences during our Pop-Up classroom Museum day. We used lots of historical vocabulary and developed our listening and oral presentation skills.
We are the Junior and Senior Infant Stars from Crusheen N.S. Co. Clare. We hope you enjoy viewing many of our activities!
