Well done to both our boys and girls in 5th and 6th classes who competed in the annual St. Flannan's College Hurling & camogie blitzes respectively.
The boys had very competitive matches against Toonagh, Quin and Gaelscoil na hInis. Although not proving successful on the day, the boys took great enjoyment from the day and it was a great way to start off the hurling year!
Huge congratulations must be given to our victorious girls team who emerged winners for the second year in a row! The girls had great wins over Quin, Barefield, Cratloe, Clonmoney and Toonagh. Crusheen were ably led by 6th class girls, Áine Sheedy, Lelia Ryan, Caoilfhionn Perill, Cora O'Donughue,Aimee Colleran and captain on the day Clara Butler. We look forward to the 2020 games beginning in the Spring.
